The tight supply of a critical raw material (ε-caprolactone monomer) is making it difficult for certain manufacturers of high molecular weight polymeric dispersing agents to supply their customers at current levels. This supply situation is expected to continue until at 2010 when new caprolactone monomer plants are expected to come on-line. Tri-iso has the ability to supply all of your dispersing needs as our dispersing agents are not impacted by this raw material. Carboset CA-600
Carboset CA-600 is a water-based, 100% acrylic self-crosslinking nano-polymer emulsion designed specifically for interior and exterior horizontal masonry applications. Carboset CA-600 can be used to formulate clear, stain and opaque coatings at less than 100g/L VOC to protect and enhance the appearance of a variety of concrete-based construction materials for residential and commercial applications.
Coatings based on Carboset CA-600 do not blush, have great exterior durability, and exhibit excellent adhesion. These coatings also exhibit good chemical resistance, good early water resistance, and fast dry time. Carboset-CA600 can be applied directly onto cementitious substrates, in cementitious coatings, over acid stains, and over substrates previously treated with latex coatings.
